Trial | Law homework help
While I am providing the link here (http://www.nycourts.gov/ctapps/ — choose “oral arguments” and watch both the appellant’s and respondent’s arguments), I strongly encourage you to attend a trial, in person. My goal is for you to better understand the mechanics of the legal system by witnessing, firsthand, the demeanor of the judge, jury (if applicable), attorneys, parties and witnesses.
