Social Value

Attached are two articles that discuss the literature review process: A Hermeneutic Approach to Literature Review. Please read the two articles and apply it for reviewing the literature. The research questions that are needing an answer are:
What is the current knowledge around social value and infrastructure projects?
What elements that can be derived from the literature review for developing a conceptual framework for improving infrastructure planning for maximum social value impact without increasing the cost?
Ensure that you use science specific data based, i.e. Scopus and Proquest. You can also use google when needed, however, priority us on academic articles.
I would like to know the research operators that you have used for looking up the articles and why you have used them.
I would like you to kindly explain how the literature on the second question and the hermeneutic approach has identified the elements for the conceptual framework.
In the article attached dated 2014, you will see that there is Table 2: Possible means for mapping and classifying research literature. I am expecting this table to be one of the final products of this request which is part of the 6 pages. Additionally, I am expecting Table 3 to also be filled out as part of the 6 pages.
This means that the rest of the pages should discuss “Critical Assessment“
