Value Chain and Operations Management

Reflect on a time when you received a defective product or poor service from an organization.
How much of the problem do you think is related to value chain and operations management? Explain your answer.
Think about the company you had a problem with and reflect on why some companies have made ineffective use of outsourcing compared with internal production. In other words, should a bank outsource its call center or should a restaurant outsource its food preparation?
