Logic models help evaluators fill in the steps between the program and its objectives, logic models help explain how a program achieves its objectives.
Program logic model includes the following for a behavioral educational program:
Inputs: These are comprised of things needed to run a program, for example, Annual budgets, staffing facilities, equipment. An annual budget of 150000, staffing -teacher a behavioral aid, students natural educational setting, various graphing and assessment tools.
Activities: These are key components of the program, for example, Staff training, clinical services, newsletters, conferences, recruitment, curriculum, and weekly sessions.

Monthly professional development for staff, the daily curriculum for students or positive behavior change, weekly team meetings with program staff, a monthly newsletter on the behavioral program.
Output: These are a numerical accounting of services to clients and materials used to serve these clients to include products, as well as how often clients are served. Students will be 6 students per class and will be served daily, all assessments and graphing tools are individualized for each student and will be utilized as needed.

Outcomes: These include long-term goals for participant change or development and are immediate, intermediate, long-term, and ultimate in nature. The long-term goal is to enhance positive learning behaviors. Included in the outcomes, will be a reflection of positive changes made because of the behavioral program. As well, a time frame of 2 months in which individualized goals will be accomplished. Evaluative tools and methods to measure outcomes will be utilized by way of surveys.

A program that I am truly interested in is the special education program implementation of inclusive education using a logic model framework. It is often discussed in education which educational program best fits the needs of students with exceptional disabilities. In public middle schools, students with intellectual, behavioral, communicational, and physical or multiple exceptionalities require special education programs.

They require modifications, assistive technology, alternative teaching, accommodations, and sometimes even intensive program adjustment. The main goal of special education programs is to provide students with grade-level education and witness real academic and social growth/achievement and exceed grade-level expectations. The logic model framework shares and presents relationships among resources, outputs (the result of activity), activities, outcomes of the program identified. Based on this framework, an individual can clearly visualize and plan out their strategy of program development.

The program helps the researcher(s) know that uncontrollable events might occur (assumptions). There are often assumptions that are considered, which are outside sources that can influence or manipulate the program at hand The logic model framework has a goal to develop an objective, the purpose, outputs, and outcomes.

For the special education program (implementation of inclusiveness education) I have identified certain inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes of the program.
Input (resources): adapted curriculum, staff, one-on-one, volunteer
Activity: exposure to self-contained and general education classroom setting
Outputs: levels of exposure and levels of intellectual disabilities
