Make efforts to obtain information from multiple sources, rather than relying on a single source; for example, one or two employees’ opinion may not be representative of what is really going on in the organization.
You can focus on one or more compensation practices at the organization, such as compensation strategy and firm strategy, pay levels and pay structures, pay for performance, employee benefits, and legal compliance, etc., to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation practices at the target organization. You should further identify issues/areas for improvement and propose actionable plans for enhancing the effectiveness of the compensation system at the organization.

Conclude the paper and comment on the broader implications of your analysis; for example, do the issues or problems in the compensation design that you have identified commonly exist in other organizations or rather unique?
