Write a paper making an argument about what it would have been like for one of the firms, industries, or business people in a case to have functioned or lived at the same time period, but in another one of the countries, we have studied (in other words under a different political-economic-cultural-social system). For example, you could try to place a Korean firm in China, a Taiwanese industry in Japan, a Chinese businessperson in Korea, etc. It would be best to choose a situation in which the differences in the two systems will have a dramatic effect on the firm, industry, or businessperson. (Note: this prompt is not about language differences. You can “suspend disbelief” and assume that your firm/businessperson will be able to communicate in the other culture.)
