Use the tools and theories discussed in the course and texts to address and evaluate the situation.  In addition, please do not provide a general description of the case for the benefit of the reader.  Assume it is not needed as I have already read the case. Your focus here will be key. Be sure to look at the various approaches/tools/concepts identified in the text and bring them to bare on the problems and issues.
  2. Provide a set of recommendations to move the situation forward to a positive outcome.
  3. The evaluation should be between 4 to 6  pages (double spaced) and illustrate your ability to work with the organization behavior tools and concepts in the texts. The assignment grading rubric is used for this assignment.
