1. You have read the text and viewed videos regarding stress and aggression in the workplace. In about one page, discuss how you as a manager would approach a subordinate with a high stress level who is starting to be rude to other department members. The subordinate is a good worker and probably an A type personality.

2. You have read the text and viewed videos regarding communication in the workplace. In about three paragraphs, list three tools that you as a manager would use and how you would use them to give bad news to a subordinate in a face-to-face setting (which is the only way you should convey bad news!).

3. In about a page, discuss how you as a manager plan to use the knowledge that trust affects leadership and use of power.

4. In about one page, discuss how your leadership of a team will guide the outcomes of that team.
