I pray often, but I have never seen it as a therapy that rejuvenates my spirit. In terms of the therapy that I feel is best, it is a combination of the above three. Yoga helps me to relax but also makes me feel that I am doing well for my body. Meditation is also relaxing, but it does not make me feel like I am doing much for my body. I could see how using meditation, yoga, and prayer consistently could make a person feel healthier overall. When I think of the alternative therapies, the main thing I associated them with is stress relief and relaxation.
